Everything you need to know about matching, pricing, and what to expect.
Your consultation with the surgeon is completely free and comes with no obligation to proceed.
To confirm serious interest and help ensure surgeon availability, ePlasticMD collects a fully refundable $200 commitment credit. For a limited time, we are offering a launch promotion of only $99.
This commitment credit is applied directly toward your first billed procedure if you move forward with an ePlasticMD Network surgeon. You may also receive 10% off your first billed procedure through participating surgeons in our network.
In the end, your consultation and access to the ePlasticMD Network can be effectively free when you proceed with a procedure.
We partner with trusted, board-certified plastic surgeons whose time is very valuable. In the past, offering access without a commitment step can lead to a high number of missed appointments and unserious inquiries.
The commitment credit helps us confirm serious patient interest before connecting you with a participating surgeon. Because the credit is applied toward your first billed procedure if you move forward, there is no additional cost when you proceed with treatment through an ePlasticMD Network surgeon.
This system helps us maintain a high-quality network and protect both patients and doctors.
Great question — and you’re right to ask.
The consultation with the surgeon is 100% free and comes with no obligation to proceed. This is a key benefit of ePlasticMD. We work to arrange free consultations with our participating surgeons, including surgeons who may normally charge a consultation fee.
The commitment credit is not a fee for the consultation itself. It is used to confirm serious interest and reserve a consultation opportunity with an ePlasticMD Network surgeon. If you move forward with a procedure, your commitment credit is applied toward your first billed procedure.
The American Board of Plastic Surgery, or ABPS, is the recognized board-certification body for plastic surgery.
While licensed physicians can legally perform a wide range of medical procedures, doctors typically specialize in specific areas of medicine. Board certification shows that a physician has completed advanced education, training, examinations, and specialty-specific requirements in their chosen field.
Plastic surgery is often elective and can be highly profitable, which means some doctors who are not board-certified in plastic surgery may still offer cosmetic procedures. Choosing an ABPS board-certified plastic surgeon helps ensure that your doctor has completed specialized training and board certification specifically in plastic surgery.
At ePlasticMD, we believe patients deserve to be connected with qualified plastic surgeons who meet high standards for training, experience, and patient care.
We offer three flexible options:
Option 1: We match you with the closest board-certified plastic surgeon in our network, when available. This may be within your local area or within a reasonable driving distance.
Option 2: We add you to our waitlist and actively recruit top-rated, board-certified plastic surgeons in your area to join the ePlasticMD Network. You’ll be notified as soon as a participating surgeon becomes available in your market.
Option 3: You may choose to travel to a major cosmetic surgery hub, such as Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, or another market where we have participating surgeons. Many patients choose to travel for access to experienced surgeons, greater privacy, or a more comfortable recovery experience.
We will always let you know whether we currently have a participating surgeon in your desired area before collecting a commitment credit.
Yes. Every surgeon in the ePlasticMD Network must be board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
We verify credentials to help ensure high standards of training, ethics, safety, and patient care.
ePlasticMD focuses primarily on cosmetic plastic surgery, including procedures such as breast augmentation, tummy tuck, liposuction, facelift, rhinoplasty, breast lift, eyelid surgery, and other elective cosmetic procedures.
However, some surgeons in our network may also offer reconstructive procedures, such as post-mastectomy reconstruction, scar revision, or other medically necessary procedures.
If you are seeking reconstructive care, let us know and we’ll do our best to help connect you with the right provider.
Most patients are matched within 24–72 hours of submitting their request, depending on surgeon availability, location, procedure type, and whether we currently have a participating surgeon in your desired market.
Once matched, you’ll receive a direct introduction to the surgeon’s office to schedule your free consultation.
